The final two buildings of this nine-building complex create flexible space as an incubator for new businesses.  Each 15,000-square-foot building provides loft space for office/research uses, with extra height to accommodate loft spaces at the front of the buildings.  The buildings employ simple pre-engineered building technology in making these efficient, straightforward buildings.  Strip glazing wraps around three sides of the building, incorporating operable windows into the tenant spaces.  The buildings are sited to minimize environmental impact, with protected and reconstructed wetlands and preserved large trees incorporated into the design.
